Project Scope:
855 Croft
33 condominium units, including 4 penthouses and luxury residential amenities. Urban One was hired by Larian Development to oversee the design, construction, and sales program for this ground-up development project. The challenge was to balance the costs of a high design project with the deteriorating market conditions while still maintaining profitability for the client. This required many value engineering exercises, a unique bidding process, and the implementation of cost-saving management techniques. 855 Croft is now complete and units are being sold.
